US Bands Crowley Competition

US Bands Crowley is this Saturday, 10/1!

Uniform:

Report in standard MEB shorts/MYNWA shirt. Carry full uniform w/green fire or statue shirt.

Schedule for the day:

8:00 doors/gates open
8:15 MELT call time (minimal setup)
8:30 call time/stadium runthrough
9:30 pack/load truck
10:15 load buses/depart
10:30 arrive stadium/unload trucks
11:00 lunch provided (McAlister’s box lunches)
12:10 moving to warmup
1:30 performance

2:00 dismiss students on first volunteer shift

4:15 – second shift report to their location – all other students back to our section in the stands
4:30 awards ceremony
5:00 dinner served at our parking lot location (Rosa’s Cafe)

Evening schedule TBD based on finals schedule – first finals performance is 7:15, warmup would be 6:25 at earliest

10:30 clean up crew volunteers report
10:45 finals awards
~11:00 back to the buses
~11:15 unload at school
~11:30 dismissed

Performers and volunteers get free admission to the competition. Spectator tickets are $15.67 in advance, $20 on the day of. Purchase here:
