Fundraise Genius logo

9 days left on our Fundraise Genius fundraiser! We’re currently at $3500 raised. Check our progress here, and share this link to your friends, family, and social media!

https://fundraisegenius.com/crowley-band

It’s not too late to get in on the action – log in to Fundraise Genius to upload your contacts who you think might financially support the Mighty Eagle Band. Our goal is 5 donors per student, but the more you list, the more money we can bring in! All funds raised will go to the Band Booster to help support the band. If we meet our goal of $10,000 raised, the top student fundraiser gets to take the clippers to Mr. Dunning’s head!

UNT Day this Saturday

UNT Green Brigade logoUNT day is this Saturday! The due date has passed to join the trip. If you missed your chance, see Mr. Dunning to get on the waiting list in case someone cancels.

Thank you to those who already signed up to chaperone this trip. If you still want to chaperone, please sign up through Charms to be added to the waiting list. UNT only allows one chaperone per 10 students.

Parents who want to attend the game without chaperoning can purchase discounted tickets through the Green Brigade.

Parent Volunteers Needed

We still need several parent volunteers to assist Friday night at the Weatherford game. We specifically need:

  • Pit crew – meet the band just before halftime, assist moving equipment onto the field for the show and back off. Very short job, and a great seat for the show!
  • Food prep – assist with organizing meals for the students. Meals will be delivered to the school shortly before 4:00.

Volunteer opportunities are posted to Charms. For more information, contact volunteer coordinator Lorna Tran at lotran914@gmail.com
