
ADAM WALLACE, ASSISTANT BAND DIRECTOR
Mr. Wallace is thrilled to be joining the RAMS Band Family as the Assistant Band Director! Originally from the humid state of Florida, Mr. Wallace recently graduated with his Master of Music degree in Wind Band Conducting from Texas Christian University, where he also served as a graduate assistant for the university band program and assisted in all artistic, teaching, and administrative aspects. He has garnered several accolades throughout his early teaching career, including TCU’s Outstanding Graduate Service Award, and recognition as a finalist for the American Prize in Conducting. Prior to TCU, Mr. Wallace graduated cum laude from Stetson University in DeLand, FL with a Bachelor of Music Education and minor in Psychology.
Prior to joining Crowley ISD, Mr. Wallace maintained an active schedule as a private lessons teacher, marching/concert band instructor, and audio engineer + video editor; he is most proud of his students’ Solo & Ensemble, TMEA All-Region/Area, and college scholarship successes. He additionally supports the Fort Worth Youth Orchestra’s band ensembles as a rehearsal assistant and guest conductor. Outside of the band world, Mr. Wallace is an avid coffee enthusiast and loves to read, enjoy the outdoors, and support his favorite sports teams. He is a lover of all things band, and is excited to support every student’s musical and individual development!
